Setting up the logger and submitting a logging request

Logging is not required for the NA tune. The tune works as delivered. Logs are only needed if you would like a diagnostic review or a revision.

Setting up the logger

1. Download the logger and follow the setup guide:
   docs.revmapperformance.com/en/getting-started-with-the-logger
2. Select the connection protocol. Choose VAG KWP – Advanced, near the end of the protocol list.
3. Submit the logging request through the logger once your log is recorded.

Check the protocol before you log. Selecting anything other than VAG KWP – Advanced is the most common reason a logging request comes through unusable and has to be redone.

After submitting

Please follow up by email so the request can be matched to your ticket. Further instructions for what to log will be provided once the request has been received.
